Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within Canada and select international locations.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. OB+ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, OB+ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. However, we will do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
