Welcome to OB+. We’re committed to getting your skincare essentials to you safely and efficiently.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our products are crafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. OB+ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- the shipping box
- the product(s)
- the shipping label
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
